Board of directors mandates
As someone with experience as both the chairman and member of various boards of directors, I take on mandates as either the chairman or member of your board. I offer this service for national and international companies of any size. Currently, I am involved in mandates in the following industries: construction and real estate, health care, aviation, energy, and infrastructure.
Consulting
I allow my clients to benefit from my many years of experience in the form of consulting services. These consulting services focus on issues regarding the strategic and operative direction and management of companies, as well as the strategic planning and management of real estate and construction projects.
Coaching
Given my extensive and wide-ranging management experience, I coach my clients through everyday situations and help them master challenges.

- Mandates as the chairman and member of the board of directors in medium-sized Swiss companies as well as bodies under public law
- Twenty-five years of experience in the construction and real estate industries in Switzerland and abroad as the CEO or member of the executive committees of listed corporate groups
- Five years as the director of a federal office
